Our Third Annual Summer Book Club Is Here!

Our Third Annual Summer Book Club Is Here!

School is nearing its end and long summer days will soon be here. One of our favorite things about summer break is filling those days with reading, drawing, crafting and adventuring. Join us each week, starting June 16th, to discover a new story in our Summer Book Club series. We have selected nine stories filled with beautiful illustrations and engaging stories. We can't wait to explore them with you.

Laid out like a Waldorf lesson, our book study will span 3 days. On day one, we will read and discuss the book. Use our discussion questions as a jumping off point to see what resonated with your children. Day two we invite you to revisit the story and retell it together. Use our drawing or writing prompts to further explore the themes of the story. On the third and final day, you will wrap up the week with a craft tutorial.

You will find everything you need to jump into Summer Book Club on the Moon Child Blog each week, but we'll also send out an email reminder each Sunday, so be on the lookout. Now let's unveil the 2024 Summer Book Club selection!
